Cellsocket looks good, but I need a device with the opposite
functionality. With cellsocket you can call on the cell phone account
with a land line phone. I need to call on my land line account with my
cell phone when i'm home because in my country (Denmark) land line is
    cheaper.

    Other suggestions?

Ah, but any cell phone maker who tried to add a landline capability would
alienate his _real_ customer... the cellular phone company who buys their
phones and resells them to you and us. Such a phone would allow you to
bypass the cellular carrier, and since the cellular carier is out to
maximize shareholder revenue, they would not be performing due diligence if
they didn't squash that sucker flat.

You will just have to make due with a cordless phone when close to home,
plus your mobile when you're not. The EnGenius phones have reasonable
range, significantly better than most other cordless. You may wish to look
into them, plus perhaps a directional antenna or passive reflector for the
handset, if that's permitted in Denmark.

But GTE Mobilnet used to have a phone that acted as a cordless and used your
landline when in range of the base station, and a cell otherwise. Cingular has
a similar device, or recently had it.
