iPhone 4 sim card rejection issues

My girlfriend is having issues with her new iPhone. Sometimes she can make calls and texts and everything is fine, at least once a day it will drop her call and tell her that her SIM card is not able to be located or it's being rejected. Anyone else having this problem?

Not on the iphone. had it on my old phone though. i always had to take the phone apart and reseat the sim.
