    Re: Bad Battery?

    Hi there,

Did John's advice help? Once you open a program, it stays running in the background until you close it. Double clicking the bottom button and cancelling the running of each program should help battery life. Another reason could be wifi or bluetooth running constantly. Phone batteries drain when these are left on. The last thing I would check is how long you keep the phone plugged in. If you leave it charging overnight, the battery life will diminish over time. It is best to charge it during the day until it reaches 100% then take it off the charger.

Two hours and 40 minutes is not bad if you are constantly on the phone running apps. If you are simply using it for texting, phone conversations and occasional web browsing, it is draining fast.

    Hope this helps!
