Create a New Contact:

  1. Tap “Extras” > “Contacts” on the home screen
  2. Tap the “Add contact” icon in the upper-right corner of the screen
  3. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  4. Tap “Done” when finished editing the contact

Import Contacts from the SIM Card:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Import SIM Contacts”
  4. Select an account to import the contacts to

Deleting a Contact:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Scroll down and tap “Delete Contact” twice to confirm

Block All Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Do Not Disturb” and to enable or disable the option manually, tap the toggle next to “Manual”
  3. To schedule time frames for Do Not Disturb, tap the “Scheduled” toggle and select the times to start and end Do Not Disturb
  4. To allow calls from certain groups or contacts, tap “Allow Calls from” and select the desired contact / group
  5. To allow repeat callers to connect, enable “Repeated Calls” (The repeat call must occur within 3 minutes of the original call to connect)

Block a Specific Contact / Number:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Contacts” or “Recents”
  3. Tap the contact or number you want to block (or if you’re viewing the “Recents” screen, tap the “i” icon associated with the contact)
  4. Scroll down and tap “Block this Caller”
  5. Tap “Block Contact” to confirm

Unblock Calls:

  1. Go to “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone” > “Call Blocking & Identification”
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Tap the “-“ sign next to the contact or number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Unblock” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone”
  3. Go to “Call Forwarding”
  4. Tap the white slider to turn it green and tap “Forward to”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Call Forwarding”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Settings”
  2. Tap “Phone”
  3. Go to “Call Forwarding”
  4. Tap the green slider to disable the option

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Recents”
  3. Tap “All” > “Edit”
  4. Perform one of the following steps:
    • Tap the “-“ symbol next to the individual call logs you want to remove, or:
    • Tap “Clear” > “Clear All Recent” to reset the entire call log

Enable Wi-Fi Calling:

  1. If necessary, register your 911 address with your carrier
  2. Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled
  3. Go to “Settings” > “Phone” > “Wi-Fi Calling”
  4. Tap the slider next to “Wi-Fi Calling on this phone” > “Enable”
  5. Tap “Update Emergency Address” and enter your E911 address
  6. Tap “Save” to confirm
