    my financial problem has caused me to go through at&t's collection agency.. has anybody use the system? i was wonderin if i can make payments....

    It's not even AT&T's, it's just a generic collection agency that services many companies. You can make payments just as you would with any other collection agency and just like most of them the people sometimes are just not very nice. I'd call AT&T customer care first, make sure they get you to the receivables management department and talk with them and make sure you can't go through AT&T. Just remember though, whatever you owed to AT&T you now also have to pay an 18% fee ontop of that for it being turned over to collections. It sucks...it's hard enough to get that kinda stuff paid off but just remember to stay patient with whoever you talk to and get it settled.

    thanks i'll probably call at&t tomorrow to make sure about it and see if i can jus pay thru them or if i have to pay thru da collection agency (which i called one time and they was so rude about it) it sucks though, i highly suggest don't get a cellphone service if you know you can't pay for it LOL..

    talked to at&t refered to 6 different today. nobody knows anything> been trying to get answers. probably spent 6 hours on phone. 6 different agents. just today. several other agents on previous agents. would not use att. service.
