Looking for Good, Multi-functional, Txting, Instant Messaging, Online Web Browsing phone. Under 4 ounces, with a height of 4 inches or less, width of 2 or less, and girth of .6 or less. Have had ATT Tilt, it is begin to become
slow and break down randomly during the day when I will need it the most. Keys are begin to break down quickly have had it for under a year and need to find a new phone before more keys than already have begin to break and stop working to my normal touch.

I have had both the HTC 8125, and 8925, Sidekick 3 (t-mobile so only txting and calling)
I have read over many reviews on phones such as HTC Touch Diamond, the new Blackberry Bold, and more, but have not found a phone that really fits. Would love to have some input on this one because it has been hard trying to decide between so many.

    Thanks!

    Re: Looking for New Phone

Well there's always the new iPhone is that is the route you'd like to go. The Blackberry Bold is supposed to be really awesome and is probably worth a second look into. I saw a review on the Storm that RIM made for Verizon and they said that Bold was definitely better and had a faster running OS. The Storm's OS has a higher number..I forget what it is...but that is only to compensate for the touch screen. The Tilt is great so if you like it I'd stick with HTC.

    Re: Looking for New Phone

i had a friend tell me that at&t has came out with a phone similiar to the sidekick (except it slides to the side like a tilt) but the keyboard is very simliar to the sidekick so you might wana check into that, i saw pics of it and its look pretty slim & small to about the sidekick 2008's if you have seen those, or like alana said, try the iphone - i'm not much of a fan of the blackberry because i think the qwerty keyboard is too small for my fingers lol (i use to own the blackberry 8800) but its all on your preferences.

Well I have been looking a lot for the past month or so, and would not mind getting another HTC phone but am questioning the new technology due tot he great amount of texting and instant messaging i do i seem to break the keys on the new HTC much more quickly. The Bold by BB is a very sleek and nice phone, does it have Touch or no? not a problem if it doesnt but forgot to check. And also the Blackjack II u dont mind it is slightly tall but about the same size as the Tilt but much slimmer and less width.

Iphone is the best phone out now. Especially if you know how to jailbreak it. You can totally customize your iphone.

Need a keyboard either BB style or QWERTY, full touch screen would work if there was another keyboard of some sort on the phone

thank you for the help though

At&t Cingular Motorola C139 Cell Phone Go Phone
This is a phone. It does not sing, dance, tell stories, or download garbage. 1#You can make calls. 2#You can send and receive text messages. 3#You don't have to constantly charge the thing. 4#It will survive a drop. My eight year old and thirteen year old love theirs. I got both of them one and I don't have to worry about them accessing websites or making an obscene amount of puchases online. It also has been a great way to teach them responsibility. I would recommend this little phone to anyone.

    Re: Looking for New Phone

I have taken in much of this advice and have kept looking around. A list I have made of only HTC phones but has some other companies in mind, although not nearly as prominent

    HTC Fuze
    HTC S740
    HTC Touch Dual

These are just 3 of a few that I have found that I can get within the US. I have found many others outside of the US that are QWERTY like the BB BOLD but has a touch screen. I am very use to having an HTC phone, having both a touchscreen and a keyboard that is seperate of the screen. I am very use to WinMo so having that same operating system is great.

Please if replying rank these phones in order of your own opinion with some pros and cons about them.
I am not exactly sure which order I would put these phones in due to the fact that:
The HTC Touch Dual is a nice small touch screen phone with a QWERTY keyboard.
The HTC Fuze is a nice phone but is slightly bulky but thankfully weighs a full 1.4 ounces less than the HTC TYTN II and is .5 inches smaller in hieght and all around.
The HTC S740 is just about the size of the HTC TYTN II art 4.6 inches tall. it does not have a touch screen, but still runs on WinMo, and has a QWERTY keyboard.

Just remember with the Iphone and The Blackberry line of phones they both require a $30.00 data plan. So keep that in mind when looking into the phones, Can find some good ones that will just use the MediaNet Service for 15.00

thank you for the last comment, about the website, because the IPHONE IS NOT A GOOD PHONE! a data package of 30 dollars a month is outrageous for a phone that is not that good.
