I can put phone numbers in my internal phone book with no problem. However, when I receive a phone call, all that is displayed is the phone number and not the caller. Did I do something wrong? How do I get the callers name to display when a call comes in? I have been through through the manual and still cant find it. My provider is Sprint if that makes any difference.

    Thanks!

    Denn

It is the PM8920 Picture Phone for Sprint. When I call a number, the number and the person's name will appear. When I receive a call, only the phone number will appear without the name of the caller. Would it help to set the phone back to the original default settings and redo the phone book? I also read the forums and it says NOT to have a 1 before the phone number. I made sure I did not have the 1. I am lost.

    Thanks

What changes did you make do you think that would prevent the phone from displaying the numbers only and not the names? Also, as far as I know, having a 1 in front of a number doesn't matter (let's just say, it doesn't affect any of my phones: Audiovox, LG, and Motorola) as I have over 250 contact's and at least 100 of them are long distance and require the 1 in the number.
