Hello everyone I'm new here my name is Jennifer and I am from Canada

I just resently got the audiovox 8930 and I was wondering if anyone else has this phone and if so do you have problems downloading new screensavers or wallpapers? I can't get any picture from the web to download to it. Does anyone know why thanks for any help you can give me
