    Hi all,
just picked up one of these lovely L7 phones - great device, I was a little
    reluctant but im rapt!

Now, can anyone suggest a site to pick up some free games and apps for the
    phone?

Motorola kindly provides 6 free downloads, except you pay for wap, which
will make it a $50 excercise.

Also, where do I place them in the phones directory?

    Thanks!

Use a P2P client like LimeWire or Shareazza and search for Motorola java
games or something similar. You will find zip files with 100's of games.
Then use P2K to load them onto the phone. There are some good guides around,
use your mate Google and search for P2K.

If you get stuck drop me an email... avoid the spam trap.
