    A few years ago I actually found a person who apparently had the mission of coordinating the various business silos at Bell (home phone, tv, sympatico, mobility .....). It seems progress is slow. Does anyone know a contact at Bell who can actually look at all of the Bell Services used by one customer and determine the total solution that is best according to usage? My experience so far is:
    (1) the live discussion available at the bell site is useless. After being passed to various people and repeating the same information I found that it is not a Bell solution and all answers consist of cut/past of information from the pages at the bell site.
    (2) The mobility customer service contact has no clue about any other services, likes to pass the call off (except for the information already provided) and drop the call if pressed to escalate the question.
