    I have the Curve 8330 for Verizon Wireless. I'm trying to upgrade my O.S to 4.5 from 4.3. Already installed the new desktop software. I noticed, before clicking continue, that it said, you will have to reactivate the phone in order to use the Blackberry servers or something like that. Anyway, what does that mean? Will I have to reactivate the phone through Verizon? Or what? Uggh, please help...

    Just connect your phone to the new desktop software and it should check to see if there is any updates for your phone and from there just follow the instructions.

    It will also check to see if there are any new updates for the programs running on your phone.
