Hello,

I recently purchased the phone from the US (Verizon wireless), I am currently using it on my country's (ZAMBIA, Africa) mobile service provider, Airtel. Unfortunately I can only use it for basic voice calls and SMSs but I so very much need to use for internet services, GPS, etc as well. How do I break away from this limited use? I mean what's the whole use of owning a Blackberry when you can't access the internet? Please help.

Try changing the APN settings on your phone, also make sure you have a Blackberry dataplan, which is different from a regular dataplan

your carrier should be able to help set it up for you.
