Looking for a cell phone to DEC system

My sister is always losing her phone. I though if I bought a 'system' that would allow her to dock her phone as soon as she got in the house and use a DEC phone whilst in the house the problem would be solved. She does not have a land line, all calls would need to go though the system. Ideally there would be 4 or 5 handsets. Not that see 'needs' that many, but it would give her the ability to 'misplace' a few before she falls off the grid.

I thought it would be a simple thing to find. My google skills must be lacking. I can find systems to sync phone books, but none that will route cell calls over the DEC wireless network.
