This is a review of the Nokia E62 cell phone. Basically this is a take off of the European E61 phone with several differences.
Nokia E62 Specs:
Technical Specifications
Network: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
Form Factor: PDA / Symbian OS 9.1
Dimensions: 117 x 70 x 14 mm
Weight: 144 g
Antenna: Internal
Navigation: QWERTY Keypad / 5-Way Joystick
Battery Type: 1500 mAh Li-Ion
Talk Time: 7.00
Standby Time: 264
Memory: 75.0 MB
Expandable Memory: miniSD
Pros:
-Probably has the best keypad layout of any phone out there.
-Built-in MP3 audio player with 48-chord polyphonic sound engine with MP3 ringer support
-Bluetooth wireless technology
-infrared port for synchronization
-75.0 MB of internal memory and miniSD memory expansion slot for additional storage
Cons:
-No camera or wifi. Not too big of a deal but it would be nice to have.
-surprisingly sluggish, even loading up the call log takes several seconds.
The best feature of this phone, in my opinion, is the Office Suite application. This allows you to create and edit Word documents, as well as Excel and Powerpoint spreadsheets. It is easy to transfer word documents to and from you computer to your phone through bluetooth with relative ease. This is great for writing down notes during the day and uploading them to your pc/mac at the end of the day.
The major drawback in this phone is the unusually slow processing speed. Even simple applications take forever to load! I find myself pressing the buttons several times, thinking that I didn't hit it the first time, only to realize that it is still loading!
However, combined with the amazing layout of the keypad and the office suite app, this phone defiantly ranks among some of the higher quality phones out there!

Re: Nokia E62 Review
I use this phone and it is an underpowered dog. incredibly sluggish between screens and if you use goodlink it literally crucifies the device making it neccessary to quit goodlink to run more than one application. too bad because it is a good looking device with a beautiful screen. And you are right that it is a bummer that there is no camera. I use the camera on my n70/n90/n93 on a daily basis.
