It all depends on you...for someone who doesn't travel much...just sits at home, its not for them at all. If you are out and about a lot, its definitely a great buy.

I have the PSP and is awsome. The graphics are so much better than Nintendo's DS. It's worth the money!

I have one also. Besides gaming, it's also plays movies and mp3's. All in all, a damn good buy considering all it does. By the way, the graphics do rock as enothing mentioned.

I have had my PSP (us verison) since it first game out in the US. One thing you gotta know before you buy is "dead pixel". For the money your spending you wanna get one with zero dead pixel's. It took me about 4th one to find one without it. Other then that, Playstation Portable is the best handheld system that allows so much then just playing a game. You could covert the movies that you already have to PSP format (need a 512mb or hight), listening to music, and much more!

hell yeah you should get one I mean the movies look so nice on it and the games look just below PS2 graphics and are fun as hell and the music sounds great so for 250 I would say its more than worth it

It's a matter of opinion. I probably wouldn't even pay $50 for it. But that's because I know it would sit around collecting dust.

Am I the only one who thinks that watching movies on the psp is a dumb idea? Why not get a cheap portable dvd player instead?

For me, the only system I need is the classic Game Boy. The PSP is just too much money, but some of its functions (movies, wireless internet) are sweet
