I purchased a phone off eBay. The description said it was a Blackberry 8120 and the phone the guy sent to me was an older style 8100. When I pointed out his error, he said he sent me the correct phone. It is a T-Mobile phone and he made a call in Texas (where he lives) with the phone before he shipped it (from info in call log screen). I'm pretty sure I'll get my money back from the PayPal claim I have made. But just in case, I'd like to get as much info as possible to refute his fraudulent claim that he sent me the correct phone. So my question is, how much info can I get given that I have the IMEI # of his phone, and the actual phone in my possession? At the local T-Mobile store the clerk said he was not allowed to pull up the account on their computer. I can't believe people think can get get away with something like that on eBay.
