Re: What are the best ways to lose weight at home?
Recently I read about Japanese wieght loss pills. They contain natural products, mountain plants and fish extract. The Japanese nation lives longer because they eat right food with good nutrition and I think we must do the same! The Japanese system of weight loss includes the use of natural seafood, which promotes fat absorption and accelerates metabolism of the body. What do you think about this? Should I try?

Hey! I have tried many different methods with which you can lose weight, but none of them helped me as much as regular trampoline jumping! I advise you to pay attention to some of them: https://trampolines.guide/best-tramp...views-ratings/
The big advantage of trampolines is that it is both fun and useful, so during quarantine I was able to lose 15 kg just by jumping on trampolines and dieting!

I am doing special exercises that are quite helpful if you are doing it right and want to loose your weight. But actually don't forget about good nutrition.

Loosing weight at home can be really difficult to do and you need to follow strict steps. I know about one method, coolsculpting, but in order to know is this way good for you, https://mediluxe.ca/ provides a consultation. This clinic focuses on the healthy lifestyle and way to loose weight without problems and side effects.
