What do you think about time management?

What do you think about time management? I recently started learning time management and productivity. I have always had problems with planning, now I want to solve this problem for me. I have a lot of urgent tasks in the middle of the day and I can't plan my day perfectly, because these things spoil all my plans. I decided that I would plan one important business a day, 3 mandatory and 5 cases, which I would decide as necessary. I need a good task manager or calendar planner.
