Before choosing a birth control method, talk to your doctor or nurse about it. You may even need to undergo some health tests. And then choose.

There is no "best" method of birth control for every woman. The birth control method that is right for you, depends on many things, and may change over time. Common methods include birth control pills you take every day, a patch you replace every week, a vaginal ring you change every month or a shot your doctor gives you every three months. This should all be discussed with your doctor. As for me, I like pills, they are convenient, and I do not feel side effects.
