I have a Samsung S307, and recently i left in in my car with a water bottle in the same place it leaked got all over my phone and it wont work so i went to cingular and they said they cant replace it becuase "liquid damage" and they said if i buy a new phone without a plan its like 300 dollars so help anyone does anyone have any old cingular phone that they dont use anymore then id just pop my sim card in it pleaseee anyone help! thanks

if he has insurance on the phone they will replace it what ever the reason... water damage, stolen, ran over, used as a base ball... what ever just pay your $50 deductoble and your set. He prolly doesnt have insurance on it and there saying that the limited warentee doesnt cover water damage

They dont replace phones after they got thru the washing machine either. Seems the got a little sticker to show that.
Failure is not an option, it comes bundled in with the software.

Why not check ebay....they have lots of phones......and im sure you can get a cheap older phone with no problem....Good Luck
