I need help unlock my cell phone

I used cingular cell phone, now I switched to T-mobil. I want to use my old cell phone but my T-mobil SIM card won't work on my cingular phone. I need help to unlock my old phone.

My old phone is Motorola A388. It's a PDA cell phone.
