does anyone here experience any problem with yoyur windows xp after plugging a nvidia agp card. i do. since i started using the card, there had been so many flickers on the screen... it seems that it destroyed the quality of my pictures. even if i play some games, so many flickers are still present...
could somebody help with this...

Hi M8 I had the same problem with my last Asus board but after I updated the bios and got the latest chipset drivers all was ok also use the latest direct x I think the way to load them is chipset driver then direct x then your nvidia driver worked for me.

hey, strummer, can you remind me again what the chpset driver is all about. where can i get sound updates to it...

try nvidia's homepage or try drivers.com or something i can't remember the url

Hi m8 your chipset is on your motherboard common ones are via, ali, intel etc you need the drivers for then to control your agp i/o's resources etc they tend to update from time to time to cure bugs and keep up to date with other hardware and software each new update cures some bugs but creates new one hope this helps.
