Last week the original Samsung Galaxy Note at AT&T has received the long-awaited and highly anticipated Android 4.1 software update. The changelog was rich, as it should considering the fact that the OG Note was still running on Ice Cream Sandwich at the time of the roll-out.

Nevertheless, the story of new software updates isn't going to stop here, and more recently, the Galaxy Note 2 belonging to the same aforementioned carrier has also received a new build. That said, AT&T customers that happen to own Samsung's second phablet can now pull the "UCAMC3" Android 4.1.2 update over the air; a package that weighs about 69 MB.

Unfortunately, AT&T hasn't yet published a changelog so there are certain changes that are somewhat unknown, but so far, a fair number of owners that have already applied the new build have reported that the new firmware arrives with a new kernel and radio. Aside from that, users will also benefit from an increase in overall performance and a stronger WiFi signal.

Keep in mind that this package is delivered over the air, and remember that an active Wi-Fi connection is required in order to be able and pull the update. Don't hesitate to leave a comment below once you've downloaded the new firmware, and let the community know what other changes you might have noticed.
