Despite the fact that the
Motorola Photon 4G at Sprint has not received a software update since October, it looks like the carrier has not forgotten this particular handset. In other words, if you are one of the many people owning the Motorola Photon 4G then you're in for a treat because Sprint has just rolled-out a much needed update intended to fix some problems that Photon 4G owners had to deal with for months.
The full list of changes includes:
- Improved music playback on Internet Radio or from Amazon Could
- Enhanced Wi-Fi hotspot
- A more user-friendly way of importing contacts from SD card
- 1080p HD video capture capabilities have been added alongside a handful of enhanced video settings
- Enhanced calendar functionality concerning creating and accepting meetings
That's pretty much it, a small-ish list, but much needed features have finally been implemented. Make sure you grab the update and have fun with your new 1080p HD video recording capabilities.
