While HTC has cooked two major flagship smartphones for us this year (those being the One and the One max), the Taiwanese manufacturer has also worked on a handful of entry-level and mid-range smartphones to cater to everyone's needs. One of the most iconic mid-range device is of course the HTC One Mini, which borrows its design cues from the full-fledged HTC One. There's also the slightly less-equipped HTC Desire 601 that sits comfortably in the low-to-mid market segment.

The good news today for those of you who happen to live in Canada, is that Rogers has recently confirmed the arrival of both the One Mini and the Desire 601 on its network. The Canadian carrier has recently posted a tweet, informing its followers that the aforementioned smartphones will go on sale on the 4th day of November. Unfortunately, pricing details are missing so far, but it shouldn't take too long for these bits of information to surface.

In case you're unfamiliar with these devices or you need to refresh your memory, the HTC One Mini packs a 4.3 inch Super LCD 2 display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 and a pixel density of 342 ppi, a Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, an Adreno 305 graphics chip and 1 GB of RAM. There's a 4 MP UltraPixel main camera on the back panel, complemented by a 1.6 MP front-facing sensor. The device arrives with 16 GB of on-board storage, a 1,800 mAh Li-Po battery and runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box, featuring the Sense 5 user interface on top.

The HTC Desire 601 shares some similarities with the One Mini, such as the Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor @1.4 GHz, and 1 GB of RAM. Aside from that, the 601 packs a 4.5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 540 x 960 and a pixel density of 245 ppi, 8 GB of internal storage expandable by up to an additional 64 GB via microSD, a 5 MP main camera mated with a VGA front-facing shooter, and a 2,100 mAh Li-Ion battery. Much like the One Mini, the Desire 601 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean featuring the Sense 5 UI.

Would any of you be interested in buying either one of these gadgets once they land in Canada via Rogers?
