Security updates are now happening for Sprint Samsung Replenish...HTC Evo Shift 4G will begin theirs on Feb 7

The Sprint HTC EVO Shift 4G will begin a security update on February 7. This update will have your device running on software version 2.77.651.3 and will also bring and updated version of HTC Peep, which is a social networking client.

If you don't want to wait for your device to update on February 7, you can manually check for the update, where it should already be available. The battery should also see some sign of improvement as well with this update.

An update is also coming to another one of Sprint's devices and it is for the Samsung Replenish, which will see a security update by the FA19 update. The update for the Replenish has already begun and is over-the-air, and as with the HTC Evo Shift 4G, you can manually check for the update on your device.
