Earlier last month rumors about the possibility that Sprint is planning on launching a white HTC EVO 4G LTE
have surfaced, but the carrier hasn't mentioned anything regarding the matter and evidently, some people became skeptical.
However, since Sprint has previously launched white variants of other Evo devices, it makes sense that the Evo 4G LTE should receive the same treatment as its predecessors. Well, those of you eagerly waiting for a white variant to be launched are in for a treat, as new information concerning the device in question has surfaced.
According to Phandroid's sources a white version of the beefy HTC EVO 4G
LTE will hit the market on July 15. Furthermore, the guys over at Techno Buffalo managed to get their hands on a leaked Sprint ad indicating the same thing: an HTC Evo 4G LTE in white will hit the market in roughly two weeks from now, on 15th of July.
In addition, the leaked document indicates that price-wise the white version will be sold at $199, but according to the guys over at Phandroid if you port your phone number from another carrier you will be able to get the Evo 4G LTE at $100.
That's pretty much it for now, but feel free to share your thoughts with us. Are you planning on buying the Samsung Galaxy S3 or would you rather go with a white HTC Evo 4G LTE?
