you can also try www.midiringtones.com and www.matrixm.com for MIDI ringers. That's where I normally go for ringers. They both also have dead ringers and pictures too.

you can use Mobile Media Browser too
its a super easy program to upload Polyphonic ring tones

and if you are in a country that allows you to use WAP ... you can download the poly ring tones from lots of wap sites too
am using this way and i'v got the latest ring tones !
