I have a Nokia 3595 with a Cityfone(microcell) sim card. I want a better phone but I can't afford it right now to buy from a carrier. I found some good deals on ebay though. My question is. Does the phone have to be one offered by my carrier? or can it be any unlocked phone?

Generally, it can be any unlocked phone. I've never heard of your carrier, tho, so to make sure I would first contact them.

just make sure that the phone u buying is sim free or unlock. email the seller first before buying it and always check the seller feedback.
