I know this is gonna sound weird, but I need 2 kno how 2 find out what sum1's prefix is on their cell...my friend got a new cell, & gave me the #, but being the genius I am, I lost it, and all I can remember is the area code(903) and last 4 digits(5582). Think prefix started w/ a 7...but not sure. How can I find a list maybe? of cell provider prefixes? I think if I can c them, I will recognize it....please help...I am sooooo desperate!

I went 2 tha site u suggested, but it gives u area code lookup, and I kno his area code(903)...what I can't remember is the first 3 #'s of his phone #. I need a list of cell provider prefixes(not area codes) because I think I could recognize it if I saw it. Thanx 4 ur help!
