I'd like to be a new Rogers customer, and first time cell phone owner. I was wondering if the company offers any referal program.
If yes, I'd be pleased if anyone could refer me. I know that Fido currently has a 20$ bonus for both new and existing customers that get refered.

I'd also like to know on Pay As You Go plans, if there is a charge for uploading music into your MP3 phone, as long as it's from your computer directly to your cell phone.
Is there a charge to listen to music in that case?
