I am looking for anyone who might be able to help me. My cell phone has been hacked into for about a year (or more) microphone on, GPS, created text messages from one to another etc. In addition, my Comcast bundled system has been hacked into with control over the TV and boxes as well as the microphone on the land line telephone. Even the battery power on the receiver can be controlled.

My wireless phone is an LG I don't know the model #. It is black. My carrier is Verizon and includes three other phones on the account. I tried changing my phone # and having the phone "cleared" through Verizon....It didn't work. What I do now is take the battery out when I don't want to be listened to or tracked. I am also thinking of cancelling the account but would cost over 700.00 dollars because of phones purchased and contract requirements. Also, with Comcast but I want to continue with On Demand.
