I am looking to get on a family plan with one other person and we don't know which carrier to go with...we obviously want to save the most money.
We'd only need around 500-600 minutes to share on the plan...and we'd like to have an unlimited texting plan...we'd also LIKE (not required necessarily but would be nice) to have internet access on our phones, and possibly IM functions as well.
I already have a service with Verizon, I have just a simple little LG flip phone (Vx8100)...my contract is up soon though.
And the other person already has service with T-Mobile...and has a sidekick 3 and their contract is up soon as well. (and loves it)
So I was thinking maybe we'd both go to T-Mobile and both have sidekicks? Or both have Verizon and get a smartphone or PDA phone maybe?
I don't know. Maybe try another carrier?
Any help is appreciated!

Re: What phone/carrier should I get?
I'd have to say (alteast in my area) that verizon has the best service. But it all depends on where you are and what you're looking for.
