I'm new to the international cell phone thing, but have learned enough to know that I need a quadband phone. It will be used when making trips to Cameroon and the Central African Republic where the carriers use the 900mHz frequency.

I need an unlocked GSM quad band phone and am looking for something relatively inexpensive.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'd consider locked phones as well and then pursue unlocking them myself.
