I have been battling with Verizon for over 2 years because I live in a "fringe area".
My service has been getting progressively worse at my house. I keep explaining to Verizon that my house isn't moving so why should my service be getting worse.
The worst time is in the mornings and evenings. I will have three to four bars and the calls will not complete. Incoming or outgoing or if it does connect it will just drop. My guess is that the phone company that the tower is connected to does not have sufficient facilities to handle the increasing volume of calls but I cant get anyone to admit it.
Your thoughts or if there is another thread with this on it please direct me to it.

That is definitely frustrating. Have you considered changing your provider?
