I did have a cell phone once, but I only wanted it for emergencies on the road. I only take long trips maybe once or twice a year, sometimes not even that.
I would like to get a cell phone that does not have a monthly, or yearly subscription, only a usage fee, between twentyfive to fifty cents.
And the phone should cost less than one hundred dollars.
Does anyone know about anything like that?
