I need a versatile phone as the title indicates, one that is versatile, to make calls, surf net, download files, and even skype...if that is possible at all. Also, I am on a very bad budget, and need a phone that I can have reception, and make calls from rural areas of Hawaii.

Any suggestions appreciated.
