My cell phone was stolen recently.it's an Android phone, and the Lookout app was installed and active. When I go to the lookout website, it revealed that the phone has been activated with a new phone number, which it showed. How can i find out this individuals name, via the phone number?

You would have to use a cell phone reverse lookup service to try and find a name that is attached to the number. If they activated the number on some kind of prepaid account it may be less likely of that data even being available.
