Block Calls from a Phone Number:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “People”
  3. Select the name of the contact you want to block
  4. Tap “menu” > “Add calls to voicemail”

Unblock a Phone Number:

  1. Tap “People” on the home screen
  2. Tap the name of the contact you want to unblock
  3. Press “Menu”
  4. Clear the “All calls to voicemail” check box

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Voice call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward”

Forward Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Voice call” > “Call forward”
  4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward if unanswered” or “Forward if unreachable”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Voice call” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Always forward” > “Disable”
