Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:
- Connect the OneTouch Pop Star to your computer via USB
- Swipe the Status bar down and ensure that the phone is connected as a disk drive
- In the AutoPlay window on the computer, double-click Open folder to view files using Windows Explorer
- Access the Media folder on the phone and open a second Explorer window
- In the second window, locate the audio files you want to use for your ringtones / notification sounds
- Transfer / copy the files in the Media directory on the phone (preferably in the Ringtones and / or Notifications folders)
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage from the system tray, and disconnect the phone from the USB connector
Change the Phone Ringtone:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Swipe to Device and tap Sound
- Scroll to Call Ringtones & vibrate and tap Phone ringtone
- Select the ringtone you want to use and tap OK
- Optionally, enable or disable Also vibrate for calls
Change a Contacts Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cant be set for contacts that are stored on the phones internal memory or the SIM card.
- Open Contacts
- Select the desired contact and tap Edit
- Tap Menu > Set ringtone
- Select the ringtone you want to use and tap OK
Change the Notification Sound:
- Go to the phones Settings menu
- Swipe to Device and tap Sound & notification
- Under Sound, tap Default Notification Sound
- Select the desired notification sound
- Tap OK to confirm
