Add / Create a New Contact:

  1. Tap the “People” tile on the Start screen
  2. Swipe to “Contacts”
  3. Tap “+”
  4. In case you are signed in with multiple accounts, select the one you want to sync the contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. When ready, tap “save”

Import / Export SD Card Contacts:

  1. From the Start screen, swipe left to “applications”
  2. Tap “Transfer my Data”
  3. Tap “Menu” (…)
  4. Select to “Import from sd card” or “Export to sd card”

Import Contacts (SIM Card):

  1. Tap “People” on the Start screen
  2. Tap “…” > “Settings"
  3. Tap “import from SIM”
  4. Tap “import” to import all the contacts, or:
  5. To import certain contacts only, tap “clear” and mark the check boxes associated the desired contacts

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap “People” on the Start screen
  2. Select the contact you want to add to speed dial
  3. Tap and hold the contact’s phone number
  4. Tap “add to speed dial”

Delete a Contact:

  1. Tap the “People” tile
  2. Swipe to “contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “…” > “delete”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Tap “People” on the start screen
  2. Swipe left or right to access the “Rooms” and “Groups” page
  3. Tap “+” > “Group”
  4. Enter a name for the group
  5. Tap “save”
  6. To add contacts to the group, tap “+”

Add Contacts to a Caller Group:

  1. Tap the “People” tile
  2. Swipe to “Rooms” and “Groups”
  3. Tap and hold the group you want to add contacts to
  4. Tap “members” > “+”
  5. Select the desired contact and tap the “check mark” icon
  6. Repeat the steps above for as many contacts as you want to add to the caller group

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Swipe left or right to access “history”
  3. To reset the call log, tap “more” (icon in the lower-right corner of the screen)
  4. Tap “delete all”
  5. Tap “delete” to confirm
