Forward Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Press “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” and tap “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” and choose “Always forward”
5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to forward “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Tap to turn off “Always forward”, “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
5. Tap “Disable”

Block Calls & Messages:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
3. Select the contact you wish to block
4. Tap the “Edit” icon shaped like a pencil
5. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls & Messages:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Tap the contact you wish to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”
