Create a New Contact:

  1. From the home screen, open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “+” to start adding a new contact
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. If necessary, select a Google account to sync the contact with
  6. Tap “Done” to save the contact to your phonebook

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Select to “Import from SIM card”, “Import from storage” or “Export to storage”
  4. When exporting, tap “OK” to confirm
  5. When importing contacts, select an account and follow the on-screen steps

Link a Contact to Direct Dial (Speed Dial):

  1. On the home screen, tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Find, then tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget
  4. Drag the widget and drop it on top of the home screen
  5. When prompted, select the contact you want to link to the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen, and you can group them in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping one on top of another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to delete
  3. Tap “Edit contact”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Tap a call log entry to view more details
  4. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Call history” screen
  5. Tap “Clear call log”

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “+”
  3. Select an account if necessary
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name” > “Create a new group”
  5. Enter the desired name for the group
  6. Tap “OK” > “Back”

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to add to the group
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  5. Select the desired group
  6. Tap “Back” to save the changes
