Create a New Contact:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Contacts
- Tap the Add contact icon in the lower-right corner of the screen
- Select the account you want to sync the new contact with
- Enter the contacts phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
- Tap Done when ready
Import Contacts to SIM:
- Open the apps drawer on the home screen
- Launch Contacts
- Tap Menu > Import / Export
- Select to Import to SIM card
- Choose the contacts you want to import or select all
- Tap OK
Export Contacts From SIM:
- Open Contacts
- Tap Menu > Import / export
- Select to Export to SIM card
- Choose the contacts to export or select all
- Tap OK
Add Contacts to Speed Dial:
- Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
- Go to Widgets
- Tap and hold the Direct Dial widget, then drag and drop the widget in an empty area on the home screen
- Select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget when prompted to do so
NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for other contacts. You can also create Direct Dial folders on the home screen by dragging a widget and dropping it on top of another.
Delete a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Select the desired contact
- Tap Menu > Delete
- Tap OK to confirm
Create a New Caller Group:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Contacts
- Access the Groups section
- Tap Menu > Add Group
- Enter a name for the group
- Enter the name of the contact(s) you may want to add to the group
- Tap Done
Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:
- Open Contacts
- Go to Groups
- Select the desired group name and tap Menu
- Tap Edit
- In the Type persons name field, enter the desired contact name (NOTE: you can repeat this step to add multiple contacts to the existing caller group)
- Tap Done
