Create a New Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Tap the “Add contact” icon in the lower-right corner of the screen
  4. Select the account you want to sync the new contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” when ready

Import Contacts to SIM:

  1. Open the apps drawer on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  4. Select to “Import to SIM card”
  5. Choose the contacts you want to import or select all
  6. Tap “OK”

Export Contacts From SIM:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / export”
  3. Select to “Export to SIM card”
  4. Choose the contacts to export or select all
  5. Tap “OK”

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget, then drag and drop the widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. Select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget when prompted to do so

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen for other contacts. You can also create Direct Dial folders on the home screen by dragging a widget and dropping it on top of another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Go to “Contacts”
  3. Access the “Groups” section
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Add Group”
  5. Enter a name for the group
  6. Enter the name of the contact(s) you may want to add to the group
  7. Tap “Done”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “Groups”
  3. Select the desired group name and tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. In the “Type person’s name” field, enter the desired contact name (NOTE: you can repeat this step to add multiple contacts to the existing caller group)
  6. Tap “Done”
