Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If the contacts on your iPhone have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export the contacts in vCard format.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account
  4. Access “Contacts” in iCloud and select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Once the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
    • Import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the ZTE Axon 7 Max to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with an Internet connection, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the ZTE device.

  1. Establish a USB connection between the iPhone and computer
  2. Open iTunes on the computer
  3. In iTunes, click the iPhone and access the “Info” section
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if available
  6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
  7. After the sync is done, switch to the ZTE Axon 7 Max and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android device

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Open the application
  3. Tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your iPhone contacts
  4. Tap “Email” to compose a new email and ensure the vCard backup file is attached
  5. Send the email to your own address
  6. Switch to the ZTE Axon 7 Max and open the email
  7. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import the file to your phonebook

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app you can use for transferring contacts. The app is available on iOS and Android, and uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer contacts and other types of files without using a computer.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Install the same app on the Android device from the Google Play Store
  3. Open the app on both devices
  4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
  5. Select the contacts you want to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, select the transfer method you want to use, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone or “Receive” on the ZTE device. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer
