Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts” and select the phone number/contact you wish to block
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts” and select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Turn Off “All Calls to voicemail”

Block Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch Google “Messenger”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” and go to “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  6. Press OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived, and so will all future messages received from the blocked contact. In addition, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
