Block Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Turn All calls to voicemail ON
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Access All Contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock and tap Edit
- Tap Menu and disable All calls to voicemail
Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.
Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Tap Menu > Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu again and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: this option might be missing if call forwarding is not supported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Go to Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unanswered, When unreachable or When busy
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Enable/Update
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call forwarding
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn Off
- Tap Disable to confirm
