Create a New Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All contacts” and tap “+”
  3. Select an account with which to sync the contact
  4. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other optional details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the import / export

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. While viewing the home screen, tap and hold an empty area
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag the “Direct Dial” widget and drop it over an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, tap the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: By repeating the steps above you can add more Direct Dial widgets for multiple contacts on the home screen. You can also organize these widgets in folders on the home screen. To create a folder, drag one Direct Dial widget and drop it over another.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. To view more details on a call log, select it
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call history”

Create a New Caller Group Using a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to use for creating a new group
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired group name and tap “OK”

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields”
  5. Tap “Group name” and select the desired caller group
  6. Press “OK” to confirm
