Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then sync the account data – including contacts – with the ZTE device.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer
  3. Click the iPhone and access “Info”
  4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. After the sync is done, switch to the ZTE device and register the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with the ZTE smartphone

Share iPhone Contacts From an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in to iCloud on a computer connected to the Internet and export your contacts in a vCard file for use on Android devices.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
  6. Once the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
    • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the ZTE Blade Z Max to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third party app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Once the vCard is created, tap “Email”
  4. Make sure the email contains the vCard attachment and send it to your own address
  5. Switch to the Android phone and open the email
  6. Download the vCard attachment and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The application uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other types of files without requiring a computer.

  1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Visit the Google Play Store and install the app on the ZTE Blade Z Max
  3. Launch the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
  5. Select the desired contacts you want to share and tap “Send”
  6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
