Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch Contacts
- Go to All Contacts
- Select the contact/phone number you want to block
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Enable All calls to voicemail
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open Contacts
- Access All contacts
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap Edit > Menu
- Disable All calls to voicemail
Block Incoming Messages:
- Launch Google Messenger
- Select the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
- Tap Menu > People & Options
- Tap Block [phone number] > OK
NOTE: The blocked conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Additionally, notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.
Unblock Messages:
- Open Google Messenger
- Tap Menu
- Go to Archived
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unarchive
- Tap Menu once more and access People & Options
- Tap Unblock [phone number]
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch Phone
- Tap Menu
- Access Settings
- Tap Call forwarding (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isnt supported by your carrier)
- Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Update / Enable
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu
- Access Settings
- Go to Call forwarding
- Select to forward incoming calls When unanswered, When unreachable or When busy
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap Update / Enable
Turn Call Forwarding Off:
- Open Phone
- Tap Menu > Settings
- Access Call forwarding
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap Disable to confirm
